My amazing pilates teacher asked me for some headshots. She is also a professional modern dancer (saw her perform and she is AWESOME!).
We did headshots only, but used several backgrounds and various expressions. I think she is simply beautiful!

Finally I got around to posting long-promised images of the hairstyle created by Eric, the stylist.
The model, a natural beauty who was stunning even before hair and makeup was done, looked simply amazing with this work of art created from her beautiful blond hair. This was such a unique and creative style and I hope its obvious from my images.

I call this hairstyle “Fusion” because it seems that Eric combined several styles into one.

We did a few posed shots towards the end of the shoot, just for fun.

The next image is posed as well – and I am not telling where she is actually located in this shot – can anyone guess?

Background altered in this shot for a dreamy effect.

Beautiful model + amazing hair style + awesome make-up + good energy = happy photographer.
No, he is not your regular barber or hairdresser — he is a Stylist, the creative person who treats client’s hair as a canvas to create a masterpiece.
Here is Ernest during his creative process.

Ernest works at multiple salons around Brooklyn, NY and also does private sessions.

In a few days, I will post shots of a model with one of Ernest’s finished creations. It is truly amazing, take my word for it, as I have never seen anything like it…
This was my first 1st Communion photo shoot! It was beautiful! Alyssa and her sister are super cute and very sweet girls, I fell in love with them right away – and when this sort of connection happens, I get awesome photos.
Having a hard time choosing which shots to post here, I picked a few of my favorites.
The azaleas next to the church were stunning and made a wonderful background.

Here’s a full body shot next to a blooming cherry tree.

Classic shot with bouquet.

After some formals by the church we went to the park where Alyssa and her sister enjoyed twirling.

We entered the church “after hours” for more shots.

The final stop was Gino’s restaurant in Bay Ridge for a fun dinner party. Desert looked great there, I’ll have to come back to try it out!

I had a very good time photographing that day. It was a beautiful day in terms of lighting, but most importantly, I got a chance to photograph these amazing people!
